Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your gear. Here’s how we handle returns:
1. Eligibility
Because we make each item to order, and are a small business working to help protect our coastlines, we have to be pretty strict about returns. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us right away. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. And returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery in order to be eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email us at anchoredeep02050@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and pictures if necessary. We'll get back to you on next steps.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Since we print everything to order, we are unable to do direct exchanges. However, if you would like to inquire about returning your item for a refund so that you can place a new order, please reach out to us at anchoreddeep02050@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
